    Description

    Mechanical Fine Screen Description


    The inner-flow screen grid decontamination machine is mainly composed of main components such as driving device, frame, traction chain, screen plate with lifting ladder, washing system and electric control system. The drive motor is installed on the main shaft in the positive direction of the frame. Driven by the transmission chain, the mesh plates on both sides will extract the dirt trapped within its length from bottom to top. When it reaches the upper part, it will pass the steering function of the sprocket. Under the action of the flushing water of the top flushing device, the unloading work is automatically completed. The drive device of the inner flow mesh grille decontamination machine is located on the upper part of the frame, which is an imported brand SEW shaft-mounted reducer. Screw-type adjustment devices are installed on the front and rear sides of the frame to adjust the tightness of the transmission chain.
    The frame of the inner flow mesh grille decontamination machine is an integral cuboid rigid structure assembled and welded by stainless steel plate and section steel. A water inlet hole is opened at the water-facing end of the lower part of the frame, guide rails are arranged on the front and rear walls of the frame, and an internal slag collecting groove is also arranged on the upper part of the frame, which extends to the outside of the machine. The rack is installed in the middle of the grid well, and the gap between the two sides of the rack and the grid well is the channel for the filtered water from the grid. Diversion baffles are arranged on both sides of the water-facing end of the rack, which can prevent floating garbage from passing through while diverting.

     

    Mechanical Fine Screen Composition

    The geared motor drives the sprocket to rotate. The sprocket drives the mesh plate to rotate continuously; the sewage enters the grille from the water inlet, and passes through the mesh plate to overspeed. The water flows to the outside of the screen plate, and the dirt is left on the inner surface of the same plate. With the continuous rotation of the screen plate, it helps to the original part: the backwash system flushes the outside of the screen plate, and the dirt is washed to the receiving channel under the action of the flushing water. Feel free to check the flushing water from the well to the sewage outlet.

    Mechanical Fine Screen Advantage


    The closed traction chain and the guide rails on both sides of the equipment form a closed transmission chain, which can prevent debris from entering and blocking the traction chain, and the operation is stable and reliable.
    The equipment above the channel is enclosed by a housing with a removable inspection cover to facilitate the collection of odors.
