Main control conditions for long-term stable operation of MBR

Maintain good hydraulic circulation conditions in the bioreactor. In order to maintain a good hydraulic scouring effect on the membrane surface, the aeration volume should be appropriately increased.

Do a good job of starting and running the reactor. The concentration of inoculated sludge can be increased, and the operation of membrane separation can be started after the operation of the bioreactor is basically stable.

Pay attention to the daily maintenance of the membrane. Some simple methods such as air aeration and online chemical washing can be used to slow down the growth rate of membrane filtration resistance and extend membrane running time.

Keep operating conditions stable. Frequent changes in operating conditions will promote the clogging process of the membrane and accelerate membrane fouling.

When using the MBR system, pay special attention to the pre-treatment of sewage. Before sewage enters the MBR, a grille below 2mm should be installed. For wastewater with a lot of grease, high-efficiency oil separation facilities should also be installed.
