Shaftless screws are carefully designed and designed to transport products that are difficult to move, which is usually a problem for typical screw conveyors. This heavy-duty screw is manufactured in a continuous helix that rides on the bottom of the housing on replaceable bushings without the need for hanger bearing support. By designing the center tube, it eliminates the typical screw problem. The screw provides a place for the accumulation of wet viscous products, and the package of viscous products also provides a place. Usually, a perforated slot liner with a drip pan is used to dehydrate or drain the liquid, and the scraper will remove the perforated debris every time it rotates. Since the screw is not supported at the end, there is no need for a tail shaft, seals and bearings, so it is completely enclosed.
