The static mixer is a mixing device designed based on fluid dynamics. Inside, fixed units replace moving parts and achieve mixing by guiding the flow of fluids. It can be directly integrated into the pipeline system to meet the requirements of continuous production.
How Does A Hybrid Mixer Work?
After the fluid enters, the mixing unit undergoes diversion, rotation and collision, and generates relative displacement by taking advantage of the difference in flow velocity.
Combined with a multi-channel structure to promote the cross-flow of flow streams, a combined effect of laminar diffusion and turbulent stirring is formed to achieve efficient mixing.
The mixing efficiency is increased by 40%, the operating noise is low, the sealing performance is strong, and it can prevent the volatilization and pollution of materials. It can withstand temperatures ranging from -50 ℃ to 300℃ and is suitable for fluids containing particles. The modular design is convenient for installation and maintenance, and the number of units can be adjusted as needed.
