Static Mixer descriptions
A static mixer is an inline motionless mixing device that operates without any moving parts. It consists of a series of fixed internal elements (known as mixing or twisting elements) arranged inside a pipe or tube. As fluids flow through the mixer, these elements continuously divide, rotate, and recombine the fluid streams, ensuring complete and homogeneous mixing through laminar shear, turbulence, and radial mixing.

Re SD
Often suitable for mixing, reaction and extraction of low and medium viscosity fluids. Solid-liquid mixing and gas-liquid mixing are also applicable. Medium viscosity ≤ 10⁵ cP, can be accompanied by less impurities.
Re SK
Often suitable for various viscosity liquids or liquid-solid and liquid-gas mixing, reaction, extraction, absorption, injection molding, heat transfer and more. Viscous media with small flow rate and impurities are especially suitable. Medium viscosity ≤ 10⁶ cP.
Re SL
Often suitable for heat exchangers with viscosity ≤ 10⁶ cP or for polymer media mixing, heat transfer, mixing and thermal reaction simultaneously.
Re SY
Often suitable for mixing, reaction, heat transfer and other processes of medium and low viscosity. Medium viscosity ≤ 10⁶ cP.
How does a Static Mixer work?
A static mixer works by using fixed internal elements to continuously blend two or more fluid streams as they flow through the mixer. Unlike dynamic mixers which use moving parts or motors a static mixer has no moving components. The fluid passes through specially designed helical or corrugated elements which divide recombine and rotate the flow creating radial mixing and uniform dispersion. The result is consistent homogeneous output regardless of flow rate variations. The DAGYEE SK Series uses a single helical twist element that operates efficiently at low pressure drop and low shear making it ideal for high viscosity and shear sensitive fluids.
