How the System Works

More Surface Area = Longer Service Life
A standard cartridge has a limited amount of filter media rolled around a core. A pleated cartridge uses the same basic length but folds the media into pleats. This creates a much larger filtration surface within the same cartridge dimensions. The result: dirt is spread across a larger area, so the cartridge lasts significantly longer before needing replacement.

Higher Dirt-Holding Capacity
Because the media is pleated, the cartridge can hold more contaminants before the differential pressure reaches the change-out setpoint. This translates directly to fewer change-outs, less downtime, and lower labor costs. In high-solids applications, the difference can be dramatic.

Depth Filtration for Better Particle Retention
