Description
Packaged lamella clarifier Plant – Complete Pre-Engineered Sedimentation System for Rapid Installation
WHAT IS LAMELLA CLARIFIER
Traditional water treatment plants take months or years to design, build, and commission. The process involves multiple contractors, extensive civil works, and significant project management effort. For many applications—municipal water supply, industrial facilities, remote sites, and emergency responses—this timeline is unacceptable.
The DAGYEE Packaged Lamella Clarifier Plant solves this problem. It is a complete, pre-engineered sedimentation system assembled on a single skid. The package includes everything needed for effective clarification: flocculation tanks, chemical dosing systems, the lamella clarifier, sludge collection, and a PLC control panel. It arrives at site ready for connection to water, power, and discharge lines.
This plug-and-play solution is ideal for municipal water treatment, industrial process water, mining operations, and any application requiring rapid, reliable clarification with minimal site work. It is factory-tested and ready to operate from day one.
HOW DOES LAMELLA CLARIFIER WORKS

Step 1: Raw Water Intake
Raw water enters the packaged system through the inlet connection.
Step 2: Coagulation
Water flows into the coagulation tank where coagulant is added and mixed. This neutralizes charges on suspended particles.
Step 3: Flocculation
Water moves to the flocculation tank where polymer flocculant is added. Gentle mixing creates larger, settleable flocs.
Step 4: Lamella Clarification
The flocculated water enters the Lamella Plate pack. Solids settle on the inclined plates and slide to the sludge hopper.
Step 5: Clarified Effluent
Clear water overflows into collection launders and exits the system.
Step 6: Sludge Discharge
Concentrated sludge is discharged manually or automatically for disposal or further treatment.
Step 7: Chemical Dosing
All chemical dosing is controlled automatically by the PLC based on feed flow rate and water quality.
