    Submersible Mixers Description


    Our energy-saving submersible mixers are professional underwater stirring and circulating equipment specially designed for municipal sewage treatment, industrial wastewater treatment and biochemical water treatment projects. Adopting direct-coupled integrated structure and hydrofoil streamlined impeller design, these submersible mixers feature low power consumption, high mixing efficiency and stable hydraulic performance. Fully submerged underwater during operation, the equipment can realize uniform mixing of solid-liquid and solid-liquid-gas media, eliminate dead zones in the water tank, and effectively prevent sludge sedimentation and water stratification. Compared with traditional mixing equipment, our optimized motor and impeller structure greatly reduces operating energy consumption, achieving long-term energy-saving and high-efficiency operation for wastewater treatment systems. All models adopt IP68 full waterproof protection and anti-corrosion stainless steel materials, adapting to long-term continuous operation in harsh water environments.

    The mixer must be submerged in water to work, and it cannot work in flammable and explosive environments or environments with strong corrosive liquids;

    Submersible Mixers Installation Method


    The submersible mixer supports standard guide rail lifting installation, which is the most mainstream and practical installation solution for wastewater tanks. The complete installation system includes stainless steel guide rails, lifting brackets, base fixing parts and safety locking devices. Before installation, fix the guide rail vertically on the tank bottom and tank wall to ensure stable and vertical placement. The mixer can be freely lifted and lowered along the guide rail, realizing underwater positioning without draining the water tank, which greatly simplifies later inspection and maintenance. In addition, fixed suspension installation and bottom bracket installation are optional according to tank size and process requirements. All installation methods feature firm positioning, strong shock resistance, no floating or offset during high-power operation, and can adapt to anaerobic tanks, anoxic tanks, aeration tanks and sludge tanks of different specifications.
