1. Product Overview
Compared to traditional Belt filter presses and plate-and-frame filter presses, the screw press offers low energy consumption, stable operation, no clogging, and high automation. Made of SUS304 stainless steel, it can run 24/7 automatically, making it ideal for municipal wastewater, food processing, slaughterhouse, printing & dyeing, and chemical industry applications.

2. Working Principle
Dewatering Stage: The screw shaft rotates slowly, pushing sludge forward. As the chamber volume decreases, pressure builds, forcing water out through the gaps between moving and fixed rings while solids form a cake and discharge.
Self-Cleaning Stage: As the screw rotates, relative motion between moving and fixed rings automatically cleans the filter gaps, preventing clogging without frequent manual cleaning.
