DAGYEE Cartridge Housing
A Cartridge Filter Housing is a durable pressure vessel designed to hold one or more replaceable filter cartridges. It serves as the critical containment system in a filtration process, allowing liquids or gases to pass through the cartridge media, which captures contaminants, while the housing itself manages the flow and maintains system pressure. Multi-barrel stainless steel liquid filter housing is a high-quality solution for high-volume filtration. Our multi-cartridge housing can accommodate 5 to 22 standard 30-inch and 40-inch filter elements, and the liquid filtration flow rate is up to 65 m3/hr.Commercial and industrial filter housing liquid containers are ideal for chemical systems, commercial RO and membrane water treatment systems for pre-filtration, high-purity water, post-filtration, food and beverage, industrial facilities, etc.

DAGYEE Cartridge Housing principle
- Unfiltered Fluid Entry: The unfiltered fluid (liquid or gas) enters the inlet port of the housing.
- Filtration: The fluid is forced from the outside of the filter cartridge to its core. During this passage, the cartridge's membrane or media traps suspended solids, particles, sediments, bacteria, or other contaminants.
- Purified Fluid Exit: The now-cleaned fluid exits through the outlet port and continues into the system.
- Contaminant Retention: All captured contaminants remain on the exterior or within the matrix of the filter cartridge, which can be replaced easily when it becomes saturated.
