    Description

    Mechanical Fine Screen Description


    The rotary mechanical grid is a set of rotary grid chains assembled by rake teeth.
    Driven by the motor reducer, the rake tooth chain rotates against the direction of the water flow. When the rake tooth chain runs to the upper part of the equipment, due to the guidance of the sheave wheel and the curved rail, a relative self-cleaning motion occurs between each group of rake teeth, and most of the solid materials fall down by gravity. The other part relies on the reverse movement of the sweeper to clean up the debris stuck on the rake teeth. According to the direction of water flow, the rake tooth chain is similar to the grille, and the rake tooth gap assembled on the rake tooth chain shaft can be selected according to the usage conditions. When the rake teeth separate the solid suspended matter in the fluid, the water can flow smoothly.
    The whole working process is continuous or intermittent.


    So compared with other types of equipment products, what are the advantages of mesh grille equipment? The use of grid equipment can remove the residues in the water, and avoid the pollutants remaining in the water and increasing the processing problems, which cannot be replaced by traditional equipment products. In addition, the grille equipment will not be blocked when dealing with dirt in the water. The equipment mainly uses the rake teeth to pick up the impurities in the water. Because the production technology has been improved, the rake teeth are more efficient and stable during operation, and can effectively avoid failures question.

     

    Mechanical Fine Screen Composition

    The geared motor drives the sprocket to rotate. The sprocket drives the mesh plate to rotate continuously; the sewage enters the grille from the water inlet, and passes through the mesh plate to overspeed. The water flows to the outside of the screen plate, and the dirt is left on the inner surface of the same plate. With the continuous rotation of the screen plate, it helps to the original part: the backwash system flushes the outside of the screen plate, and the dirt is washed to the receiving channel under the action of the flushing water. Feel free to check the flushing water from the well to the sewage outlet.

    Mechanical Fine Screen Advantage


    The closed traction chain and the guide rails on both sides of the equipment form a closed transmission chain, which can prevent debris from entering and blocking the traction chain, and the operation is stable and reliable.
