    DAGYEE High-Speed Submersible Mixer – Intense Agitation for Rapid Mixing & Solids Suspension

    A high-speed submersible mixer is a powerful mixing device designed for intense agitation, rapid blending, and effective solids suspension in wastewater treatment and industrial applications. Unlike low-speed flow generators that focus on creating circulation patterns, high-speed mixers operate at 480-980 RPM to generate strong turbulence and high shear forces. This makes them ideal for applications where rapid mixing, homogenization, or solids lifting is required.

    The mixer consists of a submersible motor directly coupled to a high-speed propeller. The motor is fully sealed and rated IP68 for continuous operation under water. The propeller is designed with a self-cleaning geometry that prevents debris accumulation and maintains consistent performance.

    Submersible Mixers principle


    The Process Flow:

    Step 1: Submersion
    The mixer is fully submerged in the tank and typically suspended from a guide rail system for easy installation and maintenance. The IP68-rated motor housing ensures watertight operation.

    Step 2: High-Speed Rotation
    The motor drives the propeller at 480-980 RPM, creating high-velocity flow and intense turbulence. The high rotational speed generates strong shear forces that break up agglomerates and promote rapid mixing.

    Step 3: Flow and Mixing
    The high-speed rotation creates a strong axial flow that draws liquid from the front and discharges it in a focused jet. This jet generates turbulence that ensures rapid mixing and keeps solids in suspension throughout the tank.

    Step 4: Solids Suspension
    The intense agitation lifts settled solids from the tank bottom and maintains them in suspension. The flow pattern is designed to prevent dead zones where solids could accumulate.

    Step 5: Homogenization
    The strong mixing action ensures uniform distribution of solids, chemicals, and biological materials throughout the tank volume.

    Submersible Mixers Installation Method

    Dagyee explosion-proof submersible mixer adopts heavy-duty full explosion-proof guide rail lifting installation system as standard. All installation accessories including guide rails, brackets, fasteners and bottom bases are made of anti-static and anti-spark special metal materials, which will not generate impact sparks during water flow impact and equipment operation. The modular lifting structure supports free underwater lifting, inspection and maintenance without draining tank water or shutting down the dangerous treatment system, ensuring continuous safe operation of the project.
