Description
DAGYEE Submersible Mixer with Guide Rail System – Complete Lifting & Installation Package for Easy Maintenance
The guide rail and lifting system is an essential accessory for submersible mixers, providing safe and easy access for installation, inspection, and maintenance. Without a guide rail system, retrieving a submersible mixer from a tank requires draining the tank or using specialized diving equipment—both costly and time-consuming. The guide rail system eliminates these problems, allowing the mixer to be lifted out from above the tank without entering the water or draining the tank.
DAGYEE offers complete guide rail and lifting system packages designed specifically for our submersible mixers. The system includes stainless steel guide rails, a lifting chain or cable, and an above-tank hoist or winch. All components are corrosion-resistant and designed for the demanding conditions of wastewater treatment.
This system is suitable for new installations and retrofits to existing tanks, and it is compatible with all DAGYEE submersible mixer models. The guide rail system is a critical safety feature that protects operators and simplifies maintenance.

Submersible Mixers principle
The Process Flow:
Step 1: Installation
The guide rails are mounted vertically on the tank wall using wall brackets and floor anchors. The rails extend from near the tank bottom to above the water surface. The mixer is equipped with a guide shoe that fits over the rails.
Step 2: Lowering
The mixer is attached to a lifting chain or cable and lowered down the guide rails into the tank. The guide shoe ensures smooth, controlled descent and correct positioning at the bottom.
Step 3: Operation
Once in position, the mixer operates normally. The guide rails hold the mixer securely in place, preventing rotation or movement during operation.
Step 4: Retrieval
When maintenance is required, a hoist or winch above the tank pulls the mixer up the guide rails. The mixer can be retrieved without draining the tank, without entering the tank, and without stopping plant operation.
Step 5: Reinstallation
After maintenance, the mixer is lowered back down the guide rails into its operating position. The entire process can be completed in minutes, minimizing downtime.

This explosion-proof submersible mixer is exclusively suitable for high-risk industrial scenarios such as petrochemical plants, oil refineries, natural gas enterprises and coal chemical factories, targeting flammable, volatile and oil-containing wastewater treatment. It solves the defect of high energy consumption of traditional explosion-proof mixing equipment, equipped with high-efficiency energy-saving explosion-proof motor, which reduces invalid power consumption on the premise of meeting industrial explosion-proof safety standards. It is the only safe and energy-saving preferred stirring equipment for special dangerous sewage treatment projects, perfectly balancing safety performance and operating cost control.

Submersible Mixers Installation Method
Step-by-Step Installation:
1. Marking the Location
The mounting position is marked on the tank wall, ensuring correct alignment and clearance.
2. Installing Wall Brackets
Wall brackets are bolted or welded to the tank wall at specified intervals.
3. Mounting Guide Rails
The guide rails are attached to the wall brackets and secured with bolts. The rails are aligned vertically and checked for plumb.
4. Installing Floor Anchor
The floor anchor is bolted to the tank floor or embedded in concrete.
5. Attaching Guide Shoe
The guide shoe is attached to the submersible mixer using the provided mounting hardware.
6. Assembling Lifting System
The lifting chain is attached to the mixer and threaded through the hoist above the tank.
7. Installing Hoist
The hoist is mounted above the tank on a support structure.
8. Testing
The mixer is lowered and raised along the guide rails to ensure smooth operation.
Submersible Mixers Factor
- Selection Factor: Strictly select matching explosion-proof grade and power model according to project hazard level, sewage flammability and tank volume parameters.
- Operation Factor: Prohibit frequent start-stop and overload operation, keep standard diving depth to avoid idle running and spark hidden dangers.
- Safety Factor: Regularly detect explosion-proof sealing performance and electrical isolation structure to eliminate potential safety hazards in dangerous working conditions.
- Maintenance Factor: Professional staff must conduct regular inspection, replace aging explosion-proof accessories regularly to maintain long-term safety performance.
