Sanitary Hybrid Mixer
The Sanitary Hybrid Mixer is an advanced unit device without moving parts. With its unique internal unit design and fluid flow characteristics, it achieves the mixing of various fluids. Compared with equipment such as orifice plate columns and agitators, it has significant advantages such as high efficiency, low energy consumption, small size, low investment, and ease of continuous production.
The static mixer is a mixing device designed based on fluid dynamics. Inside, fixed units replace moving parts and achieve mixing by guiding the flow
of fluids. It can be directly integrated into the pipeline system to meet the requirements of continuous production.

How Does A Hybrid Mixer Work?
After the fluid enters, the mixing unit undergoes diversion, rotation and collision, and generates relative displacement by taking advantage of the difference in flow velocity.
Combined with a multi-channel structure to promote the cross-flow of flow streams, a combined effect of laminar diffusion and turbulent stirring is formed to achieve efficient mixing.
The mixing efficiency is increased by 40%, the operating noise is low, the sealing performance is strong, and it can prevent the volatilization and pollution of materials. It can withstand temperatures ranging from -50 ℃ to 300℃ and is suitable for fluids containing particles. The modular design is convenient for installation and maintenance, and the number of units can be adjusted as needed.

Turbulent Blending
The Static Mixer produces rapid mixing by inducing circular patterns that reverse direction at each element intersection.
Laminar Blending
The alternating helical elements of the Static Mixer continually divide, stretch and reorient the flow stream to produce complete mixing with minimum pressure drop.
Liquid/Liquid Dispersion
The uniform turbulent shear field of the Static Mixer quickly disperses immiscible liquids and produces a narrow drop size distribution.
Gas Liquid Dispersion
Gases can be incorporated into turbulent liquids using the Static Mixer. Mass transfer rates are dramatically enhanced to maximize absorption or reaction.
