    Submersible Mixers Description

    The Dagyee high thrust low speed submersible mixer is a professionally optimized water treatment mixing equipment, tailor-made for large-volume water tanks, high sludge concentration and large-flow water circulation working conditions. Different from conventional high-speed mixers, this product adopts a large-diameter hydrofoil impeller and low-speed high-torque motor design, which converts mechanical power into powerful water flow thrust efficiently rather than high-speed rotation. The whole machine adopts an integrated waterproof and sealed structure, with F-class insulated motor and upgraded dual mechanical seal system, supporting long-term 24-hour continuous submersible operation in deep water and high-viscosity sludge environments. The polished wide-blade impeller features ultra-low resistance and anti-flocculation structure, which will not damage activated sludge flora in biochemical tanks, while effectively solving the problems of local dead zones and sludge sedimentation in large-scale sewage treatment systems.

    The operating principle centers on converting electrical energy into controlled hydrodynamic flow. The motor drives an impeller (typically a three-blade propeller or specialized mixing disc) that rotates at optimized speeds. This rotation creates a powerful axial or radial flow pattern, generating a directional current within the vessel. This current ensures complete circulation, preventing sedimentation, maintaining solids in suspension, equalizing temperature and concentration gradients, and enhancing chemical or biological reactions by ensuring uniform contact between components.

    Dagyee high thrust low speed submersible mixer adopts heavy-duty reinforced guide rail lifting installation as the standard configuration, which is upgraded for high water flow impact and large thrust operation scenarios. The entire installation system is composed of thickened stainless steel guide rails, high-strength anti-shake brackets, reinforced fixed bases and anti-loose locking parts, which can effectively resist strong water flow impact and avoid equipment shaking and displacement during long-term operation. The modular lifting structure supports free underwater lifting and lowering, enabling daily inspection, fault maintenance and equipment replacement without draining tank water or shutting down the treatment system, which greatly improves project operation efficiency and reduces later maintenance costs. Meanwhile, adjustable angle installation is available according to tank structure and process requirements to realize directional water circulation and eliminate mixing dead angles.
