The operating principle centers on converting electrical energy into controlled hydrodynamic flow. The motor drives an impeller (typically a three-blade propeller or specialized mixing disc) that rotates at optimized speeds. This rotation creates a powerful axial or radial flow pattern, generating a directional current within the vessel. This current ensures complete circulation, preventing sedimentation, maintaining solids in suspension, equalizing temperature and concentration gradients, and enhancing chemical or biological reactions by ensuring uniform contact between components.

Energy-saving Submersible Mixers Selection

Submersible Mixers Installation Method

Submersible Mixers Factor
- Selection Factor: Priority to confirm the effective volume, water depth and structural layout of the water tank, match impeller diameter and motor power according to sludge concentration and water body viscosity, and ensure the thrust can cover the entire tank circulation range.
- Operation Factor: Keep the standard submersible depth during operation, avoid long-term shallow water operation which causes insufficient thrust, and prevent equipment floating and idle rotation caused by water level fluctuation.
- Safety Factor: Firmly fix the guide rail and base to resist strong water flow impact; avoid overload operation in ultra-high concentration sludge to prevent motor stalling and component damage.
- Maintenance Factor: Regularly check impeller wear, sealing tightness and motor operating temperature, clean attached sludge and sundries regularly to maintain stable hydraulic performance.

Submersible Mixers Features
- Super Wide Circulation Coverage: Large-diameter low-speed impeller outputs strong axial thrust, forming large-scale three-dimensional water circulation, completely eliminating sedimentation dead zones in large and deep water tanks.
- Sludge Activity Protection: Low-speed stable operation avoids high-speed impact and shear damage to activated sludge flora, ensuring the stability of biochemical treatment effect and improving sewage purification efficiency.
- High Energy-Saving Performance: High-torque low-power design reduces invalid power consumption, saving 25%-30% energy compared with traditional high-speed mixers for the same working condition, with lower long-term operating costs.
- Stable & Durable: Heavy-duty body structure, low vibration and ultra-low noise operation, strong overload resistance, suitable for long-term uninterrupted operation of large sewage treatment projects, with low failure rate and long service life.
- Anti-Blocking Design: Streamlined wide-blade impeller is not easy to wind fibers and adhere to sludge, realizing self-cleaning effect and reducing manual maintenance frequency.

Submersible Mixers Application
- Municipal Sewage Treatment: Widely used in large-scale sewage plant anaerobic tanks, anoxic tanks, aeration tanks and denitrification tanks for water homogenization and anti-sedimentation circulation.
- High-Concentration Sludge Treatment: Suitable for sludge storage tanks, sludge concentration tanks and regulating tanks with high sludge viscosity to prevent sludge deposition and stratification.
- Large Water Body Circulation: Applied to large industrial circulating water tanks, reservoir water bodies and centralized environmental protection water treatment projects to realize overall water quality balance.
- Biochemical Process Support: Cooperate with aeration systems to optimize water flow distribution, improve oxygen utilization rate and enhance the overall treatment capacity of sewage systems.
