Dagyee anti-corrosion submersible mixer is specially optimized and upgraded for various harsh high-corrosion industrial wastewater working conditions, solving the problems of easy rust, corrosion and short service life of ordinary mixers in chemical sewage environments. The whole machine is made of high-quality SUS316L stainless steel, which has excellent resistance to acid, alkali, salt and various chemical medium corrosion. On the basis of the original sealing structure, we add reinforced anti-corrosion coating and upgraded composite mechanical seal accessories, which can effectively avoid water ingress, rust damage and component aging caused by long-term immersion in corrosive water bodies. The optimized hydraulic circulation structure and polished impeller surface ensure that the equipment can still achieve uniform and stable stirring and circulating effects in complex chemical water media with various impurities, and all products have passed long-term corrosion immersion tests to adapt to harsh industrial working conditions.

This anti-corrosion energy-saving submersible mixer is specially selected for industrial wastewater treatment projects with corrosive media, mainly applicable to chemical plants, printing and dyeing factories, pharmaceutical factories and electroplating factories. It is very suitable for water bodies with unstable pH value, residual chemical components and corrosive impurities, and is the preferred equipment for harsh working conditions that require 24-hour continuous underwater operation. In terms of scene matching, it is targeted at medium and small corrosive sewage tanks and water bodies with high liquid impurity content and high viscosity. While ensuring strong anti-corrosion performance, the equipment retains high-efficiency energy-saving performance, which can effectively reduce the energy consumption cost of long-term operation of industrial sewage treatment systems for users.
Submersible Mixers Installation Method
Dagyee anti-corrosion submersible mixer is equipped with a full set of anti-corrosion stainless steel guide rail installation system, all supporting accessories including guide rails, brackets, bottom fixing frames and connecting fasteners are made of anti-rust and anti-corrosion materials, completely avoiding rust, oxidation and loosening in corrosive water bodies. The standard guide rail lifting installation mode is adopted, which supports free underwater lifting and maintenance. The equipment can be inspected and repaired at any time without stopping the sewage treatment system or draining water, which improves the overall operation efficiency of the project. For special-shaped tank bodies and special installation requirements, we can also provide customized inclined installation and fixed suspension installation schemes to meet the installation and operation needs of different industrial sewage tanks.
