Who Was the Customer


This Belgian company makes high-end wood-based panels and wood pulp. Their customers are in Europe's construction and furniture markets. The EU requires CE certification for equipment like this. They also have strict rules on safety, environmental impact, and quality.

Raw Materials: What We Use
First stop was the material warehouse. We showed them what we work with: 304 stainless steel, duplex stainless steel (grades 1.4418, 1.4462, 1.4410), and wear-resistant materials like tungsten carbide and ceramics. All of these meet CE material safety and corrosion resistance standards.

Precision Machining: Accuracy Down to ±0.01mm
At the precision machining center, key components — the screw conveyor, drum, and drive unit — are machined using CNC lathes and machining centers. We hold accuracy to ±0.01mm. That ensures tight component fit and stable high-speed operation. This is another core CE requirement.

The customer checked surface finish and dimensional accuracy with professional tools. They confirmed that all dimensions met design specifications and CE standards.

Dynamic Balancing: Low Vibration, High Safety
In the dynamic balancing test workshop, the customer watched the test on our CE-certified sample machine. Every decanter centrifuge we ship goes through strict dynamic balancing tests. We meet ISO 21940-11 G2.5 or G6.3 standards — fully compliant with CE safety requirements.

The test data showed vibration amplitude far below EU limits. That proved the excellent safety and stability of our products.

Performance Test: Real Results
The highlight of the inspection was the live performance test. We used wood chips sludge samples that matched the customer's actual production conditions.

Our decanter centrifuge processed 50 to 100 tons of sludge per hour. The separated wood fiber had moisture content as low as 60%. The clarified liquid met EU standards for recycling or discharge.
